The location near the beach is the biggest plus for us. It was beautifully decorated and with three king bedrooms, two queen and a bunk bed. Accommodated our family and our friends family with grown children really well. The kitchen was stocked to the max, highlight is the complementary wine . The barbeque grill outside allowed us to cook family meals. Pool and spa was the best and of course the outdoor space with bar area allowed us to spend our time outdoor comfortably.

There were lots of towels and the house was super clean! A comfortable living and dining area with a full kitchen opens onto a private patio and a shared garden area at the back of the house. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the other has twin beds, and both have spacious closets.
Special touches include hardwood flooring and cheerful nautical decor throughout. Since this home is designed for large groups, it has a washer and dryer on the main and upper levels to help your clothes and beach towels stay fresh and clean. The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped with rich, dark hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances. There are also five different balconies for you to sit out and enjoy the cool island breeze. Noise wasn't an issue at all, but there are construction trucks frequently next to the property or in front of and sometimes blocking the driveway but it didn't bother us. The absolute best part of this property that I doubt any others can match was the pool. The kids had such a great time with the grotto, slide and hot tub. We spent a great majority of our time out there and wouldn't have had it any other way. Lastly, there was a great center piece for entertainment when indoors, which was the arcade machine.
Summer House also has two Xbox 360 consoles located on the top floor den. This spacious 1 bed / 1 bath condo is located just steps away from the pristine, sandy white beaches of Anna Maria Island and Bradenton Beach. This beautiful end-unit condo is on the ground floor of the quaint 10-unit complex of Palm Cay. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, a family vacation, or an extended holiday. There were some missteps as the kitchen and bathroom rugs were in desperate need of cleaning.
